Digital Delivery Policy — Larkwell
All products sold on larkwell.online are digital PDF patterns. We do not ship any physical items, and no shipping fees are ever charged.
How Delivery Works
Once your payment is confirmed, your pattern is delivered in two ways: a download link appears immediately on the order confirmation page, and the same link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
Delivery Time
Delivery is instant. If you haven't received your download link within 30 minutes, check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us.
Didn't Receive Your File?
Email contact@larkwell.online with your order number and we'll resend your download link. Please double-check your email address is entered correctly at checkout — we can't deliver to a mistyped address, and re-sends depend on you contacting us.
Access After Purchase
If you have an account with us, your patterns remain available in your order history for re-download at any time. If you checked out as a guest, save your files after downloading, since the email link may expire after a period of time.
What You Need
Patterns are provided as PDF files, viewable on any phone, tablet, or computer with a free PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or your device's built-in viewer). No special software purchase is required.
International Customers
Since delivery is digital, there are no shipping restrictions or customs concerns — patterns are available for instant download worldwide.
