1. Scope and Contracting Party
These Terms govern all purchases on larkwell.online, operated by Larkwell, Am Speitewitz 170, 07552 Gera, Germany. Email: contact@larkwell.online

2. Products
We sell digital crochet patterns delivered as PDF files. No physical item is shipped. Products are made available for instant download after payment is confirmed.

3. Conclusion of Contract
Completing checkout is a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order and grant you access to the download.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices include statutory VAT where applicable. Payment is due in full at checkout via the methods offered. We don't store full card details; these are processed by our payment provider(s) — [name them: Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.].

5. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally — download link on the confirmation page and by email immediately after payment.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This does not apply to digital content once you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge losing your withdrawal right (§356(5) BGB; Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU) — captured via a checkbox at checkout.

7. License to Use Patterns
You may make unlimited finished items for personal use or sale. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the pattern design as your own.

8. Warranty and Liability
We take reasonable care that patterns are accurate. Report errors to contact@larkwell.online. Liability is limited to the purchase price, except for intent or gross negligence.

9. Refunds
Given instant digital delivery, refunds outside the withdrawal waiver are at our discretion (e.g. a genuinely defective pattern).

11. Governing Law
German law applies; mandatory consumer-protection rules of your home country still apply if you're an EU consumer.
