Refund policy
Since our products are instant digital downloads, this policy works differently from a typical physical-goods store.
No Physical Returns
There's nothing to physically return — every pattern is delivered as an instant PDF download.
Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation
EU consumers normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase without giving a reason. Because our patterns are delivered instantly, this right ends as soon as your download begins, provided you confirmed at checkout that you wanted immediate delivery and understood you'd lose the right to cancel. This is standard for digital products across the EU.
When We Do Offer a Refund
We'll refund or replace your order if:
- The pattern contains genuine errors in the instructions or stitch counts
- You were charged but never received your download link (a technical issue on our end)
- You bought the wrong pattern by mistake and haven't downloaded it yet
Email contact@larkwell.online with your order number and the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
What We Can't Refund
- Change of mind after downloading a pattern that works as described
- Difficulty following a pattern due to skill level — we're happy to help via support instead, rather than refund
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to show the funds.
