Thank you for shopping at Larkwell. All products sold on this website are instant digital downloads (PDF files). We do not manufacture, package, or ship physical goods or raw crafting materials.

1. Delivery Method & Fulfillment Time

  • Instant Access: Immediately after completing your payment at checkout, you will see an order confirmation screen featuring a direct download button for your purchased files.

  • Email Confirmation: Within minutes of your transaction, an automated confirmation email containing your personal download links will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Delivery Fee: Digital delivery is 100% free worldwide. There are no shipping charges, packaging costs, or import handling fees.

2. Supported File Formats & Device Compatibility

  • All pattern files are delivered in standard Adobe PDF (.pdf) format.

  • Depending on the product, you may also receive a compressed ZIP folder containing multiple variations (e.g., full photo tutorials, print-friendly text versions, or bonus pattern packs).

  • Our PDF files can be viewed, saved, and printed across all major operating systems, including:

    • Apple devices (iOS, iPadOS, macOS)

    • Android smartphones and tablets

    • Windows PC and Chromebooks

  • To view and print your files, we recommend using a free PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or your device's default web browser.

3. Download Limits & Account Access

  • Link Validity: Your download links do not expire. However, we strongly recommend saving and backing up your PDF files to your personal device, cloud storage (Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox), or hard drive immediately after download.

  • Customer Accounts: If you created an account on Larkwell during checkout, you can re-access your purchased pattern downloads at any time by logging into your account under My Orders.

4. Troubleshooting Missing or Delayed Files

If you do not see your download email within 5 to 10 minutes of completing checkout:

  1. Check Spam/Junk Folders: Check your spam, promotions, or trash folders, as automated delivery emails can sometimes be misrouted by email providers.

  2. Verify Email Address: Confirm that there were no typos or errors in the email address submitted during checkout.

  3. Third-Party Payment Delays: Payments made via certain external gateways (e.g., e-check or bank transfers) may require processing clearance before the download link activates.

If you have verified the above and still cannot access your files, please contact us with your Order Number and the Full Name used on the order.
